Doctors At Nerang Mall

TLDR; Do NOT see Dr. ABDULLA YOUSUF if you are coming here, completely dismissive and condescending. His incompetence has led to the issue becoming more severe and requiring further specialised care. My partner and I visited this practice after seeing a specialist at another location as he was having a severe ear infection, and the original doctor we had seen at another practice was not available. We were seen by Dr. ABDULLA YOUSUF who was immediately dismissive of any and all external information and had an extremely condescending tone when asked any questions regarding the medication the specialist had recommended; along with the major concern about flying in 3 days’ time and a potential eardrum rupture. He rudely said, “they are not a doctor, and that medication won’t do anything so I’m not going to give it to you” and “You’ll feel the normal amount of pain as you do regularly flying”. Once we had landed, my partner’s ear was full of blood and running down his neck. We rushed to the hospital where he ended up having a ruptured eardrum and was prescribed the original medication that the specialist recommended. Due to Dr. ABDULLA YOUSUF’s incompetence and lack of care to provide adequate health care, my partner is now needing further medical treatment for a more severe issue.

I have stage 4 metastatic melanoma and am in constant severe pain. My old doctor moved away so I started using this new clinic. For some unknown reason Dr Akhter wouldn’t renew an existing prescription I have for Targin (for pain) even though this is the third time I have been to this new clinic. I find this incomprehensible. She was resolute and gave no specific reason for her acrion.

Excellent friendly Service. Ive been going to the doctors at Nerang medical center for years and they are efficient, trusted , helpful , Understanding. Thank you so very much for looking after me and my family. Especially Doctor Solimani “Thank you.” The doctor’s , by getting to know me and my family, they help not only treat my health problems, but also understand the effects ‘I’ have on my health issues and the effects my health issues has on me and those around me. The doctors deliver safe and high quality health care.

I have seen many Doctors here @Nerang, however Dr Haseeb Alam has been by far the best. His friendly nature and great professional knowledge, along with his small jokes have not only made me laugh, but also feel comfortable instantly. In fact, during my 2nd iron diffusion, I had a delayed allergic reaction (not known previously) to which the nurses acted quickly, however, what stood out to me was the immense care Dr Alam showed, constantly checking my vitals. Despite his busy schedule, he visited me several times, which made me feel at ease and safe, as this was the first reaction I ever experienced. 10/10 - easily 1st preference. Will definitely recommend him to others!
